Summary
The Associate Director, Enabling Functions Analytics is a senior technical leader responsible for scaling analytics capabilities across various corporate functions. Partners closely with senior stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights, drive operational efficiency, and elevate analytics maturity across the enterprise.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a hands-on technical leader across the full analytics stack, architecting end-to-end solutions spanning BI/visualization, data science, and GenAI-powered analytics
- Identify, design, and deploy GenAI-driven analytics solutions (e.g., LLM-powered insights, natural language data querying, AI-assisted reporting, agentic workflows) to modernize how enabling functions consume data and insights
- Act as a strategic analytics partner to enabling functions (HR, Finance, Compliance, Procurement, Legal, IT, etc.), aligning analytical capabilities to business priorities and measurable outcomes
- Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, decision-ready recommendations and executive-level narratives for senior stakeholders
- Advance analytics maturity through standardized frameworks, reusable assets, governance best practices, and alignment with enterprise data platform standards
- Lead, mentor, and influence across a highly matrixed organization, developing junior analysts and driving cross-functional collaboration while balancing competing priorities

Skills & Competencies (Required/Preferred)
- Business partnering & leadership: translate complex business problems into scalable analytical solutions; strong executive communication and data storytelling
- Visualization & reporting: Power BI proficiency (data modeling, RLS, dashboard design) and strong SQL for complex querying and transformation
- Data science & advanced analytics: hands-on Python; applied experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and NLP
- GenAI & modern analytics: working knowledge of building with LLMs; familiarity with agentic workflows and GenAI frameworks

Experience / Qualifications
- Required education: Bachelor’s degree
- Preferred education: Master’s degree
- 8+ years relevant professional experience in analytics (or related disciplines)
- 6+ years hands-on experience with modern analytics and reporting tools
- Experience supporting corporate functions stakeholders is a plus
