Associate Director/Director, Platform and Pipeline Medical Affairs Lead

Role: Lead scientific communication for Wave's platform and discovery-stage programs, supporting publication and external communication strategies. Responsibilities: develop and oversee scientific content such as abstracts, posters, and journal articles; manage external agencies and coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, corporate communications, and investor relations; contribute to treatment landscape analysis and TPP development; and maintain key informational documents. Requirements: Ph.D., M.D., or PharmD; 5-8 years industry experience, with a background in chemistry, chemical biology, or biochemistry, including nucleic acid chemistry; strong scientific writing skills.
