Role: Associate Director/Director, Gene Therapy Operations (Apheresis) within Beam's Commercial Patient Operations. Responsibilities: lead operational onboarding, qualification, and training of treatment centers; manage patient scheduling, coordination, and apheresis support; oversee drug delivery, infusion activities, and compliance with quality standards; serve as field operational partner to treatment centers, ensuring process efficiency, regulatory adherence (FACT, AABB, GxP), and high-quality patient care; build stakeholder relationships; contribute to process improvements and data insights. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 8+ years healthcare experience, including direct apheresis and cell therapy operations; hands-on apheresis expertise; knowledge of cell therapy workflows and regulatory standards; strong problem-solving, communication, and training skills; ability to work independently in a field environment. Preferred: advanced healthcare degrees (RN, BSN, MPH, MBA), experience supporting treatment center onboarding, and familiarity with autologous cell/gene therapies. High-value: focus on cell and gene therapy (CGT), apheresis, treatment center readiness, compliance with FACT and AABB, supporting clinical logistics in a highly matrixed, field-based setting. Work setup: field-based role with >60% travel; supporting activities at treatment centers nationwide.
