Associate Director / Director, Clinical Science

Role: Associate Director/Director of Clinical Science leading oncology clinical development programs. Responsibilities: shape clinical strategies across Phase 1–3 studies, author and review key documents (protocols, CSRs, regulatory submissions), oversee study execution, collaborate with CROs and external partners, interpret clinical data, and ensure GCP compliance. Provide scientific leadership in study design (endpoints, biomarkers), support regulatory interactions, and mentor clinical scientists. Requirements: PhD, MD, PharmD or equivalent with 5+ years in oncology clinical development, proven experience in trial design, regulatory documentation, and data interpretation, with a strong understanding of GCP/ICH. Preferred: leadership in matrix settings, vendor management, and experience with targeted therapies or ADCs in solid tumors.
