Role: Lead clinical trial execution as Associate Director/Director of Clinical Project Delivery for Immunome's oncology pipeline, focusing on timely, within-budget study delivery. Responsibilities: manage cross-functional study teams throughout trial lifecycle; develop and monitor study timelines, enrollment, budgets, and vendor performance; oversee CRO and central lab relationships; ensure compliance with GxP, ICH-GCP, FDA, and EMA standards; collaborate across functions on program strategies; support regulatory submissions and health authority interactions; lead or support multiple development programs and initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 8+ (Associate Director) or 10+ (Director) years' clinical project management in biotech/pharma; expertise managing CROs, central labs, and trial vendors; strong knowledge of global regulatory frameworks; proven experience in study planning, risk management, and vendor oversight. Preferred: PMP certification, strategic problem-solving, excellent communication, stakeholder influence skills.
