Associate Director / Director, Clinical Development

Role: Associate Director / Director, Clinical Development at Immunome, overseeing medical and scientific aspects of oncology clinical trials within their investigational pipeline, including antibody-drug conjugates and targeted therapies for solid tumors. Responsibilities: provide medical monitoring, safety oversight, and review of clinical data; support protocol development; author regulatory documents; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Translational Sciences; and engage with investigators and external stakeholders. Qualifications: MD, DO, or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in Phase 1-3 oncology clinical trials in biotech or pharma; board certification in oncology or hematology preferred. Skills: proven experience in advancing therapeutic programs, regulatory expertise, leadership, strong communication, and organizational skills.
