Associate Director, Digital & Web Ops Technical Lead

Role: Lead technical strategy and implementation for Jazz Pharmaceuticals' Digital & Web Operations within the Content Development & Deployment team. Responsibilities: design and deliver scalable, compliant digital engagement solutions across web, CRM, and patient-facing apps; translate business needs into technical specifications; guide development teams; ensure adherence to security and regulatory standards; and collaborate with internal and vendor teams to maintain enterprise architecture. Requirements: Bachelor's in computer science or related field; 8+ years in customer engagement, pharma or healthcare tech domains; 4+ years in senior technical leadership roles managing cross-functional teams and digital platforms such as web CMS (Drupal), Salesforce Health Cloud, SFMC, and patient apps; strong expertise in enterprise software architecture, system integration, APIs, and compliance.
