Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HCP digital marketing strategies, including content creation and omnichannel communication journeys.
- Lead non-personal promotion (NPP) initiatives (CRM, automated engagement tactics, banner ads, and website content).
- Implement and optimize search, AI, and predictive analytics strategies to improve targeting and personalization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, IT, analytics, insights, compliance) to deliver initiatives.
- Define/oversee digital measurement frameworks, build performance dashboards, and turn analytics into actionable next-best-action insights.
- Stay current on digital marketing, HCP engagement, and regulatory best practices.
- Serve as Legal and Regulatory HCP Digital lead to ensure compliance.
Knowledge and Skills
- Digital marketing expertise (content creation, omnichannel, NPP).
- Experience with CRM, real-time engagement (RTE) tools, banner ads, and website content management.
- Proficiency in search and AI strategies.
- Strong project management, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory/compliance standards.
Education and Experience
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing/Business/related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of digital marketing experience focused on HCP engagement in pharma/healthcare.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Pay range: $162,800β$244,200; eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards.
