What Youβll Do
- Manage all aspects of web infrastructure across brand, corporate, and disease awareness websites.
- Partner with marketing, communications, and digital media teams.
- Oversee and implement tools including CMS, testing, personalization, analytics, and web performance platforms.
- Define and drive the roadmap, lead site optimization, manage vendor/agency partners, and ensure the digital presence is performant, accessible, compliant, and optimized for growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the multi-site roadmap (architecture, redesigns, upgrades, strategic rollouts).
- Manage day-to-day web updates, enhancements, and performance monitoring with internal and agency partners.
- Own/manage the web and digital marketing tech stack: Optimizely, Sanity, Next.js, Ostro, Peec.ai, Adthena, Fullstory, Jira, WPengine.
- Ensure platform integrations are scalable; make data actionable; fully leverage tools across campaigns.
- Build and implement A/B and multivariate tests (with Digital Marketing analytics lead) to drive roadmap and strategy.
- Collaborate with analytics, SEO/SEM, and media teams to improve conversion paths, engagement, and organic growth.
- Monitor site performance, uptime, and loading speed; proactively resolve issues.
- Oversee vendor relationships (development agencies, CMS integrators, testing/analytics providers).
- Lead budgeting, scoping, contracts, and procurement for web tools/services.
- Ensure compliance with ADA/WCAG, privacy (GDPR/CCPA), and biotech regulatory (MLR) standards.
- Establish governance protocols for content updates, review processes, and user access.
- Coordinate with IT, legal, and regulatory to maintain audit-ready workflows and secure infrastructure.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and UX teams to create user-first digital experiences.

- Strong experience with modern web stacks: Next.js, headless CMS (e.g., Sanity), and integrated digital tools.
- Proven ownership of experimentation (e.g., Optimizely), user analytics (e.g., Fullstory), and digital insights (e.g., Peec.ai, Adthena).
- Experience managing development sprints and roadmaps using Jira or similar PM platforms.
- Curiosity and adaptability in adopting AI-powered tools/technologies.
