What You'll Do

We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Producer to join our dynamic digital marketing team. In this role, you will support the Digital Marketing Director by managing and coordinating the execution of innovative digital projects from concept through delivery. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with strong project management skills and a passion for digital media, ensuring that every project meets our high standards for quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination:

    • Collaborate with creative teams, brand stakeholders, and external vendors to plan, schedule, and execute digital campaigns and projects.
    • Assist in developing project timelines and managing production calendars to ensure timely delivery of all digital assets.
  • Workflow Management:

    • Oversee the digital production process, ensuring adherence to internal workflows and industry best practices.
    • Utilize project management tools to track progress, document milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance:

    • Review digital assets—including websites, social media content, digital advertisements, and interactive media—to ensure they meet brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
    • Drive assets through MLR and work with agencies to ensure assets are annotated and submitted correctly.
    • Identify and troubleshoot production challenges, proposing innovative solutions to streamline processes.
  • Team Collaboration:

    • Serve as a liaison between creative, technical, and production teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
    • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Process Improvement:

    • Stay current with emerging digital production trends, tools, and technologies, and implement best practices to enhance production efficiency.
    • Assist in developing and refining production protocols to optimize resource management and project outcomes.

Where You'll Work

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of being on-site weekly in our San Francisco and Palo Alto, CA offices.

Who You Are

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in digital production.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple digital projects simultaneously from concept to completion.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency with digital production tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, project management platforms).
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management tools is a plus.
    • Familiarity with tracking and analytics systems is a requirement.
    • Familiarity with testing tools such as Optimizely is a plus.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with an eye for detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Additional Skills:

    • Experience with budgeting and resource allocation.
    • A proactive mindset with a passion for digital innovation and excellence.

Below is the anticipated salary range for candidates for this role who will work in California. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience within the industry, educational background, location of residence and performance during the interview process. BridgeBio is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions based in other states.
