Associate Director, Digital Knowledge Management & Data Strategy - SDnA

Role: Lead global knowledge management initiatives within Lilly's Statistics, Data & Analytics (SDnA) organization to enhance data accessibility, consistency, and risk reduction. Responsibilities: develop and execute multi-year strategies for capturing, curating, and sharing technical knowledge; design and implement enterprise-level systems that transform fragmented documentation into structured, searchable repositories; create domain ontologies and process maps reflecting study lifecycles; establish standards for content creation, tagging, versioning, and quality assurance; lead change management, training, and cross-functional collaboration with teams in data management, programming, regulatory, and IT. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 5+ years in knowledge or data management, ideally in pharma or regulated environments; proficiency in enterprise collaboration tools (SharePoint, document systems) and scripting (Python preferred); understanding of clinical data lifecycle, data standards, and regulatory constraints; experience with AI, semantic retrieval, or knowledge graphs advantageous. Preferred: Industry certifications (e.g., PROSCI, Six Sigma), experience leading global cross-functional projects, and familiarity with emerging knowledge-sharing technologies.
