Role: Associate Director, Digital Experience & AI Production, overseeing Iovance's digital presence across web, visual assets, and search with a focus on AI-driven content production. Responsibilities: manage and optimize digital platforms, ensure rapid and predictable publishing, enhance search visibility and data accuracy, and develop AI-enabled visual asset workflows. Lead in-house content creation, transition external properties, and maintain compliance with regulatory and accessibility standards in a regulated biotech environment. Collaborate with Communications, Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, and IT teams; report to senior management. Work setup: remote with no specific travel expectations. Qualifications: 10+ years in digital/web production, hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools like Claude, strong design judgment, and technical SEO expertise. Preferred skills include biotech/pharma industry experience, familiarity with regulated review processes, and proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Firefly, AWS Amplify, and knowledge governance platforms. High-value specifics: focus on regulated biotech environments, adherence to GxP, WCAG, GDPR, CCPA standards, and management of complex digital assets and workflows.
