Associate Director, Digital Clinical Operations

Role: Associate Director of Digital Clinical Operations focused on enhancing clinical trial productivity through digital solutions, particularly CTMS. Responsibilities: lead requirements gathering, process modeling, stakeholder engagement, and prioritize digital enhancements aligned with clinical trial phases; oversee the development, testing, and implementation of digital tools; support strategic evolution of digital systems; ensure solutions meet business needs and optimize trial workflows; manage communication with end-users and teams; monitor performance and drive technology adoption. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s in computer science or related field; 8+ years in drug development clinical trial operations; expertise in clinical systems, SDLC, validated systems, and business analysis; familiarity with data processing is a plus. Skills: stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, problem-solving, and project management. Preferred: experience with clinical trial technology, process automation, and industry trends. High-Value: focus on clinical trial operations, digital transformation, CTMS systems, and process optimization within oncology or other therapeutic areas. Work setup: travel as needed; primarily remote or hybrid. Collaboration with clinical, IT, and development teams to implement innovative solutions aimed at reducing trial costs and inefficiencies.
