Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead design and creative direction for internal and external corporate brand (Tier 1–2 enterprise initiatives; lead Tier 3).
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and agency partners to drive creative direction.
- Partner with external agencies on corporate brand-linked design projects.
- Ensure creative design aesthetic and assets adhere to brand guidelines; enforce companywide brand standards across marketing and communications.
- Discover, develop, and implement design tools to elevate creative on high-frequency/visible platforms (e.g., PowerPoint and digital design).
- Collaborate on artistic direction of corporate content across omni-channel (internal/external).
- Work with Project Manager to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.

Qualifications / Required Skills:
- 7–10+ years corporate or agency design experience.
- Degree in Graphic Design/Advertising/Marketing/Communications.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
- Portfolio covering 360 creative campaigns (content/advertising) with knowledge of new media formats.
- Strong knowledge of design, copy, and photography/videography best practices.
- Brand development and multichannel communications understanding.
- Experience directing photography, illustration, and video.
- Ability to explain concepts to cross-functional teams.
- Passion for brands, storytelling, and experiential.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and other software/digital platforms.
