Location/Travel: East Hanover, NJ (not remote). Up to 5% travel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive delivery excellence across assigned brands via integrated marketing planning and agency partnerships.
- Implement creative effectiveness and operational efficiency strategies to accelerate campaign execution and impact.
- Act as a change agent to embed new processes, standards, and ways of working across stakeholders.
- Serve as primary operational partner; resolve execution roadblocks and address marketing operations needs.
- Collaborate with Content Lab, MarTech, and Marketing Operations to operationalize platforms, processes, and creative strategies.
- Lead end-to-end marketing plan execution for on-time, high-quality delivery aligned to strategic objectives.
- Oversee scope, financial operations, and agency performance (deliverables, KPIs, budget discipline).

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in a related field.
- 5+ years in Commercial Operations, Sales, or Marketing, with cross-functional leadership in pharma/biotech/consulting/agency; knowledge of pharma marketing technologies, CRM platforms, and compliant digital workflows.
- Experience implementing Commercial/Marketing Operations best practices, process/operating models, and technology platform standards.
- Track record managing end-to-end marketing strategy and plan execution (planning, content development, approvals, deployment, optimization).
- Experience managing brand budgets and vendor financial compliance.
- Knowledge/implementation of MLR standards and processes.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Experience managing agencies/vendors/third parties to deliver on time, within budget, and with quality.

Desirable Requirements:
- Change management leadership and driving adoption of new processes/operating models.
- Experience in a center of excellence model for marketing ops/content/digital enablement.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated): Salary expected $145,600–$270,400/year; performance-based cash incentive; possible annual equity; comprehensive benefits (health/life/disability, 401(k) match) and time off.
