Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the roadmap for the Healthcare Provider (HCP) & Account data ecosystem across current and emerging business areas.
- Partner with Media, Marketing, Analytics, Data Science & Technology teams to design and implement new data, analytics, and BI capabilities.
- Provide ongoing development and management to a team of data professionals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelorβs degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Experience: 5 years of work experience performing a combination of data analysis, data management, marketing analytics, and modeling on internal and syndicated data sources.
- Additional experience (5 years):
- Work in a matrixed environment synthesizing input from commercial and technology stakeholders.
- Lead unstructured projects; translate stakeholder concepts into solution designs.
- Define, resource, and execute projects from concept to delivery for cross-business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and deliver insights using HCP or account-level claims data.
- Additional experience (2 years):
- Use business intelligence/visualization platforms for data analysis and presentations.
- Develop data processing and data warehousing strategies, including database design and business architecture.
- Influence development of IT processes supporting analytic data consumption.
- Work in a data strategy role.
- Work with or create IC-grade data for Field Sales teams.
