Key Responsibilities:
- Work within and across multiple Value Teams to deliver governed data products that scale across franchises and markets.
- Own gold-level data modeling and architecture for commercial domains, including conformed entities and reusable dimensional models.
- Establish and maintain single source of truth metrics (canonical definitions, lineage, documentation, and version history with change control).
- Own analytics engineering standards for the gold layer (dbt architecture, modular design, testing, documentation, performance).
- Operate data quality management (automated tests, monitoring, incident triage, root-cause analysis, remediation coordination).
- Define and deliver reliable data products with SLAs for freshness and availability.
- Partner with Advanced Analytics and AI/ML Engineering to ensure metrics and feature inputs reflect decision intent and are stable/traceable via approved pathways.
- Use AI tooling to improve efficiency for documentation/profiling/issue investigation; work in agile rhythms using Jira and GitHub-based version control.

Qualifications:
- BS in Data Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 9+ years in data engineering/architecture/analytics engineering/governance (ideally healthcare/life sciences).
- Deep experience in gold-layer data modeling/architecture, including dimensional modeling and conformed dimensions.
- Advanced SQL; hands-on dbt (modular design, testing, documentation, code review).
- Experience defining and governing metrics (lineage, metadata, access controls, stewardship workflows, change management).
- Experience using AI tooling while maintaining accuracy, security, and governance.
- Strong cross-functional communication and ability to enable reuse across teams.
- Experience with Jira and git-based version control in GitHub.

U.S. Pay Range:
- $165,800.00 - $224,200.00
