Associate Director, Data Stewardship

Role: Associate Director, Data Steward at Alnylam's Commercial Data and Analytics team, focused on building scalable, governed data products to enable data-driven decision-making across the commercial organization. Responsibilities: develop and maintain gold-layer data models, establish single source of truth metrics, enforce analytics engineering standards, oversee data quality and lineage, and ensure timely, reliable data delivery supporting predictive analytics and AI integrations. Collaborate across multiple Value Teams managing performance, customer growth, omnichannel strategies, patient outcomes, and evaluation efforts. Qualifications: BS in Data Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; 9+ years in data architecture, engineering, or governance, preferably in healthcare or life sciences. Expertise in data modeling, SQL, dbt, metric governance, and AI tooling. Strong cross-functional communication skills for standards enforcement and reuse. High-Value: commercial data domains, predictive analytics, data governance, and scalable data architecture within biopharma. Work Setup: based in Cambridge, MA, with a focus on agile delivery, using Jira and GitHub tools.
