Associate Director, Data Semantic Governance

The role also involves influencing senior stakeholders, representing governance in strategic forums, and driving enterprise-wide data consistency and AI-readiness. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related; 7+ years in data governance, business data architecture, or management, with expertise in data cataloging platforms like Collibra or Alation, and MDM solutions like Reltio or Informatica. Advanced skills in data modeling, SQL, and familiarity with cloud ecosystems (Snowflake, AWS, Azure) are required. Preferred: experience in the pharma/life sciences industry. High-Value: focus on enterprise data governance, semantic architecture, metadata management, and data quality within a biopharma context, supporting commercial and R&D initiatives.
