Role: Associate Director of Data Science in Functional Genomics within Translational Genome Analytics, leading the development of computational frameworks for high-throughput functional genomics screens, including CRISPR and imaging assays. Responsibilities: design scalable analytics pipelines for pooled, arrayed, and single-cell screens; develop AI/ML methods for target prioritization; integrate multi-omics data; mentor scientists; collaborate across disciplines to support early drug discovery. Requirements: MS in a STEM field with at least 8 years of relevant experience analyzing large-scale NGS and functional genomics datasets; proficiency in R or Python; experience with cloud computing (AWS); strong background in computational biology, machine learning, and biological assay design. Preferred: PhD with 4+ years, deep expertise in CRISPR screening, image analysis, and deep learning; knowledge of disease biology, immunology, and network-based analysis; experience deploying AI tools in biology.
