Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Support TechOps and G&A stakeholders through all stages of a product lifecycle (inspiration, ideation, implementation), including adoption, workflow integration, impact measurement, and sharing outcomes.
- Partner with functional Center of Excellence (COE) leads to define data/AI strategic roadmaps aligned to enterprise capabilities and functional needs.
- Liaise with Data Governance to maintain data quality, lineage, and stewardship accountability.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Data Architect and Enterprise AI Capability teams to optimize architecture and evolve AI capability roadmaps.
- Define and communicate vision/strategy/roadmap for data products aligned to enterprise data strategy and business objectives.
- Track and report business outcomes (impact, value, customer satisfaction, adoption metrics).
- Translate business needs into data product requirements; prioritize features by impact and feasibility.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration; manage product backlogs, sprint planning, and iterative Agile delivery.
- Lead user acceptance testing; gather feedback to iteratively improve data products.
- Work with governance, risk, and security teams to ensure compliance (including data privacy and security).
- Conduct market research/competitive analysis; drive adoption aligned to regulatory and governance requirements.
- Improve operational efficiency and performance through data and AI; ensure compliance with regulated processes; monitor performance using KPIs and user feedback.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Drive business/financial outcomes of data/AI solutions.
- Business process design, change management, cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage cross-functional teams and align stakeholders.
- Modern data stacks, cloud platforms (especially AWS), data governance principles.
- Communication and stakeholder management.
- Project management experience; Agile/Scrum familiarity.
- Strategic thinking and problem solving in cross-functional teams.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ yearsโ experience in data/AI product management, data/AI project delivery, or related roles.
Benefits/Compensation (US candidates only):
- Base pay range: $153,600.00 - $230,400.00. Discretionary annual cash bonus/incentive and discretionary equity may apply.
