Associate Director Data Master (US) Global Capability Owner

Role: The CX Global Capability Owner, Data Master (US) leads the strategy, delivery, and adoption of Data Master platforms that serve as trusted sources across Commercial domains, supporting customer engagement, analytics, and orchestration. Responsibilities: define and evolve the US Data Master roadmap, translate business strategies into capability solutions, and collaborate across stakeholders to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards and are user-centric. Develop and prioritize data domain enhancements, oversee solution delivery, monitor adoption, and drive continuous improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, science, or technology; 8+ years of experience in data mastering within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors; expertise in master data management platforms, commercial data architectures, and digital product management; proficiency with tools like JIRA and Confluence. Preferred: advanced degree (MBA or similar), experience in product operating models, and familiarity with rare disease or specialty brands. High-Value: focus on master data domains such as consent, payer, patient, HCP/HCO, within a global pharma environment supporting digital and operational capabilities, with some travel (20-30%). Collaboration with cross-functional teams, enterprise platform groups, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, trusted, and governed customer data assets.
