Associate Director, Data Management

Role: Associate Director of Commercial Data Management, Pipeline, focusing on strategy, governance, and operations of Neurocrine’s commercial data ecosystem for pipeline therapies Osavampator and Direclidine. Responsibilities: lead data management activities pre- and post-launch, define and execute multi-year roadmap, establish governance frameworks, oversee data quality and regulatory compliance, manage vendor contracts, and partner with cross-functional teams including Field Operations, Analytics, Marketing, and IT. Requirements: Bachelor's in a technical discipline with 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial operations or data management; 5+ years in commercial data management; expertise in commercial data ecosystems, data governance, and supporting new product launches; proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau; experience with commercial and claims data sources; strong project management, communication, and regulatory knowledge (HIPAA). Preferred: Master’s degree; experience supporting digital marketing data; managing large, complex projects in a matrix environment.
