Associate Director, Data & Information Architecture

Role: Associate Director, Data & Information Architecture, responsible for designing and implementing REGENXBIO's enterprise data strategy to support commercial growth. Responsibilities include managing scalable data pipelines, defining target data architecture for sales, CRM, payer, and claims analytics, and owning the ERP (Oracle Cloud) data model; leading data integration, governance, and system design; collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions; and ensuring data quality, security, and compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science, CIS, Mathematics, or related field; 12+ years in enterprise data architecture, with deep expertise in data warehouses, modeling, SQL, ELT/ETL, and BI tools; strong knowledge of ERP operations; experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or similar; familiarity with Agile/Scrum. Preferred skills include experience handling commercial data domains such as CRM, sales, healthcare, and claims, alongside excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
