Associate Director, Data Governance, FAIR, and AI-Readiness

Role: Associate Director of Data Governance, FAIR, and AI-Readiness at Amgen, leading enterprise data strategy to enable trusted, reusable data for analytics and AI. Responsibilities: oversee data governance, FAIR data practices, metadata, quality, interoperability, and data product development; establish governance frameworks, maturity models, and data standards; partner across teams to operationalize data policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable responsible AI.
