Associate Director, Data Context Enablement

Role: Associate Director, Data Context Enablement at Johnson & Johnson, leading the development and operationalization of the enterprise AI Context Layer to support AI applications across therapeutic areas. Responsibilities: define and scale reusable data context products, establish governance frameworks, and partner with business and technology teams to identify high-value AI use cases; ensure trusted, governed data enabling AI, analytics, CRM, and decision support; monitor KPIs, manage stakeholder engagement, and coordinate AI governance activities. Requirements: 10+ years in data management, AI, or analytics; degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields; strong knowledge of data platforms, semantic modeling, AI governance, and data lifecycle management; experience with Generative AI, knowledge graphs, metadata, and enterprise data strategies; proven leadership in complex cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder management. Preferred: experience in pharma, healthcare, or life sciences domains, with familiarity in regulated environments and responsible AI practices.
