Key Responsibilities
- Maintain understanding of the Human Health commercial data landscape (1st/2nd/3rd party assets across HCP, consumer, payer, patient, account, etc.) and associated use cases/value.
- Understand the Ophthalmology market and how data is leveraged across channels and third parties.
- Partner with third parties (e.g., specialty pharmacy, patient support hub) to onboard and enable data.
- Support specialty product launches.
- Scan for new valuable data assets and potential data partnerships.
- Conduct data needs assessments; identify gaps vs. ideal state and prioritize.
- Build and execute plans to fill gaps via external acquisition, partner creation, or internal initiatives (1st-party assets).
- Ingest/review external data sources for analytics teams.
- Perform data innovation analytics (quality assessments, fit-for-purpose analyses, proof-of-concept tests).
- Collaborate with analytics and master data management teams for implementation/value realization.
- Manage relationships with data providers and build cross-functional teams.

Education Requirements
- Bachelorโ€™s in Data Science/Math/Econ/CS/Statistics/Decision Science/Marketing/Engineering/Public Health (required).
- MBA/Masterโ€™s/PhD (plus).

Required Experience & Skills
- Business acumen; leverage healthcare/pharma data to inform commercial decisions.
- Ability to assess commercial value of data assets.
- Collaborate effectively across internal/external stakeholders; operate in ambiguity.
- Strong presentation/analytics/communication; trusted advisor with stakeholders.

Preferred
- Hands-on healthcare data experience (EMR/EHR, claims, other healthcare datasets).
