Key Responsibilities
- Maintain understanding of the Human Health commercial data landscape (1st/2nd/3rd party) across HCP, consumer, payer, patient, accounts; know use cases and value.
- Understand the Immunology market and data leveraged across channels and third parties.
- Partner with third parties (e.g., specialty pharmacy, patient support hub) to onboard and enable data.
- Support specialty product launches.
- Scan for new valuable data assets and potential data partnerships.
- Conduct data needs assessments; identify gaps vs. ideal state and prioritize.
- Build and execute plans to fill gaps via new external assets, partner-created assets, or internal 1st-party initiatives.
- Ingest/review external data sources with internal teams for analytic use.
- Perform data innovation analytics (quality assessments, fit-for-purpose analyses, proof-of-concept tests).
- Partner with analytics and master data management to ensure implementation and value realization.
- Maintain productive partnerships with data providers.
- Build high-performance cross-functional teams.

Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science/Mathematics/Economics/Computer Science/Statistics/Decision Science/Marketing/Engineering/Public Health (required).
- MBA/Master’s/PhD (plus).

- Strong business acumen for leveraging data to inform commercial decisions.
- Ability to assess commercial value of data assets.
- Understand marketing/sales/account/ops stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate effectively with internal/external stakeholders.
- Intellectual curiosity; identify innovative approaches.
- Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills.
- Build “trusted advisor” relationships.
- Operate in dynamic/transforming environments.

Preferred Skills
- Hands-on healthcare data experience: EMR/EHR, claims data, and other data offerings.
