Summary:
The Associate Director, Customer Insights and Engagement contributes to actionable customer insights and strategic recommendations that drive brand performance, customer experience, and commercial impact across Melanoma, Genitourinary, and Qvantig portfolios.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute primary/secondary market research plans to identify actionable insights and brand opportunities.
- Synthesize data from multiple sources (APLD, IQVIA, SHS, Claims, patient chart data, BrandImpact) to inform marketing strategies.
- Present clear, concise insights on market dynamics, competition, and brand performance.
- Support omnichannel engagement strategy; optimize customer journeys and touchpoints; translate insights into targeting, segmentation, and messaging recommendations.
- Partner with AI Forecasting and Centers of Excellence to unify insights generation.
- Partner with Brand Leads to answer business questions and support senior leader presentations.
- Lead innovation in insight generation and adoption of advanced analytics (AI, machine learning, other methodologies).
- Serve as a thought leader; represent Customer Insights & Engagement in BU forums; integrate advanced analytics into business processes.
- Ensure adherence to BMS operating policies and governance standards.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical analytics or market research.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/PhD preferred.
- Ability to synthesize complex primary/secondary/competitive data into actionable senior-leadership insights.
- Strong stakeholder management; excellent communication/presentation skills.
- Proficiency with IQVIA, SHS, and advanced analytics platforms; comfortable in ambiguous environments.
- Strong QC mindset for deliverable quality.
