Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional operational execution for RayzeBio RPT assets, including treatment site onboarding (with Radiation Safety, MSLs, sales, operations, field market access) to ensure sites are launch-ready.
- Coordinate site readiness activities (licensing, training, infrastructure, workflow integration); manage timelines/dependencies and escalate onboarding barriers.
- Execute the distribution model and align product flow to treatment sites.
- Partner with supply chain and external partners for fulfillment, routing, and delivery performance.
- Ensure connected systems/dashboards provide real-time, end-to-end visibility across ordering, manufacturing, distribution, and administration; work with IT on accurate data flows.
- Support/optimize customer-facing tools and resources (onboarding, ordering, education); drive consistent customer experience.
- Partner across Commercial, Medical, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT for value-chain operational initiatives.
- Support launch readiness via milestone tracking, risk identification, and cross-functional coordination; apply AI to improve execution and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in relevant discipline required; MBA preferred.
- ~7–10 years in bio-pharma commercial operations, supply chain, or cross-functional roles.
- Experience supporting oncology launches, ideally advanced modalities (CGT, RPT, etc.).
- Proven matrix execution across Commercial/Medical/Supply Chain/Manufacturing/IT; strong operational systems/data and customer-facing platform experience.
- Strong execution, communication, and stakeholder management.
