Associate Director, CRM Product Owner (4 positions)

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver assigned CRM product areas end-to-end (discovery through release, hypercare, enhancements, and maintenance), including field productivity, customer engagement workflows, and medical engagement.
- Translate business needs into prioritized product features; define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures.
- Manage/refine a prioritized backlog aligned to quarterly/PI planning (dependencies, definition of ready/done).
- Drive disciplined agile execution with delivery teams (planning, tracking, remove blockers, scope trade-offs, predictable high-quality releases).
- Improve processes and user experience by identifying workflow pain points, validating with users, and supporting change adoption.
- Partner across business and IT (CRM product managers, architecture, analytics, privacy/legal, commercial/medical) to align on requirements and release readiness.
- Ensure governance, privacy, and compliance; support risk assessments.
- Mentor/co-ordinate delivery resources and contribute to product owner capability building.
- Support change enablement and adoption; communicate status, risks, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
- Contribute to product strategy using market trends, user feedback, and performance data; maintain CRM platform/domain awareness.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree required (MS and/or MBA preferred).
- Proven product management success for large-scale CRM implementations.
- 5β7+ years in product management/technology strategy/innovation/leadership (pharma/healthcare/CRM preferred).
- Deep CRM landscape knowledge, including Salesforce (Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Data360) and Veeva.
- Understanding of CRM, AI, and data platforms/architectures (e.g., Data Cloud, OpenAI, Snowflake/data lake tech).
- Accountable for product management operations (backlog health, agile practices, ceremonies, strategic innovation).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Experience with AI-supported product management (e.g., LLM-supported user-story creation, process mapping).
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt in rapidly evolving tech.
Location/Travel: East Hanover, NJ (not remote); ~10% travel.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated): Salary range $156,600β$283,400; performance cash incentive; possible annual equity; US-based comprehensive benefits and time off package.
