Associate Director, CRM Innovation Labs

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the CRM Labs de-risking model through structured, timeboxed stages (ideation support, shaping, prototyping, review/decision, proof-of-concept readiness).
- Lead rapid prototyping (1β2 week iterations; max 4-week lifecycle) with disciplined scope and clear endpoints.
- Translate opportunities into testable concepts by defining value hypotheses, assumptions, success criteria, and build plans.
- Drive evidence-based decisions by capturing learnings and recommending refine/advance/off-ramp actions.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across CRM Product, IT, architecture, engineering, UX, analytics, privacy, legal, security, and compliance.
- Support proof-of-concept planning and transition (scope, dependencies, risks, governance, user involvement, enterprise gates).
- Protect production capacity and enterprise investment (avoid shadow delivery/unmanaged customization).
- Document and operationalize learnings (findings, decision logs, opportunity assessments, prototype outcomes, recommendations).
- Maintain privacy, security, compliance, and data-usage guardrails during transition from prototype to PoC.
- Partner in demand intake and prioritization/triage.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree required; MS and/or MBA preferred.
- 6+ yearsβ experience in CRM, product management, innovation delivery, consulting, technology strategy, or related leadership (pharma/healthcare/CRM preferred).
- Strong knowledge of CRM, data, and AI-enabled customer engagement best practices.
- Proven success with rapid experimentation/prototyping/PoCs to test business value and feasibility.
- Understanding of CRM ecosystem (Sales/Marketing/Service), including Salesforce (Agentforce, Data Cloud, core platform) and Veeva.
- Knowledge of CRM/AI/data platform architectures (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Veeva, OpenAI, Snowflake or similar).
- Ability to frame ambiguous ideas into experiments with assumptions and success criteria.
- Experience collaborating across business and technical teams (Product, architecture, engineering, UX, analytics, privacy/legal/compliance/ops).
- Agile delivery and strong documentation/decision tracking.
- Comfortable hands-on iterative delivery with action and learning bias.
- Experience with governance in regulated healthcare environments.
- Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: enabling transition from prototype to production.
Location/Travel:
- East Hanover, NJ; not remote. 10% travel.
Compensation/Benefits (stated):
- Salary range: $152,600β$283,400/year; performance-based cash incentive; potential annual equity.
