Overview
Reporting to the Executive Director, Corporate Brand Marketing, the Associate Director of the Corporate Brand Studio will manage studio production and oversee creation of high-impact visual content for the BMS brand, leading a multidisciplinary team and elevating brand storytelling and visual aesthetic across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily brand studio operations, including camera operation, lighting, scripting, music selection, editing, and stage design.
- Partner with creative director on creative brief and concept development to advance corporate communication/affairs reputation strategy, priorities, and vision.
- Pursue disruptive multi-media solutions across enterprise messaging (e.g., CEO thought leadership, Investor Relations, annual enterprise initiatives).
- Lead, mentor, and manage content creators, editors, and media managers.
- Maximize studio utilization while preserving equipment and governance.
- Maintain studio equipment and resources; stay current with industry trends.
- Manage network of videographers, photographers, animators, and editors.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Review KPIs for content performance to refine engagement strategies.
- Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and consistent messaging.
Key Skills/Qualifications
- 8β10 years of experience in camera operation, studio production, lighting, scripting, music, editing, and stage design.
- Leadership/team management experience; ability to guide creative teams.
- Creative vision and strategic brand storytelling.
- Technical proficiency with studio equipment/software for video and photography production.
- Strong communication/collaboration; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and quality; budgeting/resource management expertise.
- Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

- Starting compensation range: Princeton, NJ (US) $156,660β$189,829.
