Associate Director, CORDS Oncology

Role: Associate Director in RWD Analytics focusing on non-interventional research in oncology/hematology. Objectives: support health economic and outcomes research (HEOR) projects, provide methodological expertise, and collaborate with various customer groups. Responsibilities: conduct retrospective data analyses, develop protocols, interpret and present results, and guide research strategies; mentor team members; ensure project alignment with customer needs. Requirements: Masters in biostatistics, epidemiology, or related field; 5-7 years in outcomes research, with 4+ years experience in large retrospective datasets and statistical programming (R/SAS); strong writing and presentation skills; project leadership experience preferred; familiarity with IHD platform advantageous.
