Patient Advocacy
Primary responsibilities:
- Lead strategic integration and standardization of copay data; own copay data strategy.
- Establish data governance and operations in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Enable the Copay Center of Excellence (COE) setup by developing robust COE processes and clear ways of working with AbbVie stakeholders.
- Own above-brand stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders including Market Access/Trade, Employer Teams, Finance, Patient Services, and MABI.
- Drive operational capabilities to improve oversight of copay program operations at vendors.
- Develop strong data strategy and governance protocols for consistent data operations, stewardship, and reporting.
- Plan and execute cross-COE initiatives; create consistent operational processes/templates and knowledge management for patient access/affordability solutions.
- Build KPI tracking and measurement to validate copay program success and hold external vendors accountable.
- Ensure cross-functional coordination and strategic/tactical planning; contribute to positive team culture.
- Manage vendor relationships to execute copay program operations and related tactics.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 4–6 years in the pharmaceutical industry with expertise in patient support programs, market access, finance, sales, marketing, or related commercial functions.
- Working knowledge of the compliance and regulatory environment for pharmaceutical manufacturers.
