Associate Director, Content Workflow & Controls

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and scale a Content Process Management Center of Excellence (CoE) with standards, controls, and best practices for streamlined content supply chain operations and a foundation for AI.
- Own end-to-end content process (frameworks, templates, operating models) from demand to approval to in-market use.
- Serve as business owner for content workflow: system design input, metadata & controls, issue remediation, triage/prioritization, root-cause analysis, defining AI use cases, and ensuring fixes stick.
- Own and govern SOPs/playbooks/process documents/RACIs; ensure continuous lifecycle management to support high-quality agentic inputs.
- Partner with Marketing Technology, vendors, and change management to support release cycles and drive adoption.
- Design and run a process support/help desk model (SLAs, dashboards, feedback loops) to reduce repeat issues and improve user experience.
- Monitor platform performance and user experience; drive improvements and hold vendors to contractual/customer needs.
- Mentor and guide a distributed internal team with clear objectives and execution practices.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree required (Business, Marketing, Engineering, Operations Management, IS, or related); MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in Marketing Operations/Content Operations/Process Management.
- Hands-on enterprise MLR and DAM platform experience (Aprimo, Veeva, Adobe, Salesforce).
- Experience scaling operational frameworks/CoEs/shared services.
- Customer success or business system ownership experience.
- Coordinate US/global stakeholders to intake, prioritize, and deliver enhancements.
- Experience managing Agile releases, issue management, and support in regulated/complex environments.
Desirable Requirements:
- Agile Scrum Master or Product Owner certification.
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
Location/Travel: East Hanover, NJ (no remote; local candidates only); up to 5% travel.
Compensation & Benefits: Salary range $145,600β$270,400; performance-based cash incentive; eligibility for annual equity awards; comprehensive benefits and time off for US-eligible employees.
