Associate Director, Content Hub Lead

Responsibilities:
- Single point of accountability for Content Hub and DPP delivery at the Agile team level.
- Enable consistent, scalable, efficient content delivery aligned with the OMM model.
- Drive improvements in speed to market, content quality, and customer engagement.
- Partner with Hub Service Leadership on priorities and service model evolution.
- Maintain alignment across design, copy, medical, QA, production, and publishing.
- Ensure seamless handoffs across internal teams and external partners.
- Enforce standards, governance, and quality expectations within the Content Hub.
- Escalate delivery risks, capacity constraints, and cross-team dependencies.
- Partner with Content Hub and DPP Product Owners to identify risks, drive enhancements, and share wins.
- Monitor cycle time, throughput, quality, and cost efficiency; translate insights into improvements.
- Support OMM leadership reporting and continuous optimization.

- End-to-end ownership across Content Hub and DPP (no handoff gaps).
- Balance strategy with execution rigor; build trust; drive measurable improvements.
- Proactively simplify and optimize ways of working.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years in marketing/content operations, digital production, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing/Business/Info Systems/Digital/Communications or related).
- Agile/sprint-based marketing experience.
- Lead cross-functional teams; manage complex delivery models.
- Agency/external partner experience.
- Strong project management; comprehensive project plans.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end content development and digital production workflows.
- Excellent communication/stakeholder management; influence across functions.
- Strong problem-solving.
- Change management experience (adoption, minimize disruption).
- Familiarity with content lifecycle tools, publishing platforms, and MarTech ecosystem.
