Associate Director, Consumer Omnichannel Strategy, Psoriasis

Key Responsibilities
- Build the end-to-end consumer patient journey across owned platforms (websites, CRM, email, SMS, experience tools such as onboarding, doctor finder, eligibility tools).
- Lead launch of the patient website, associated tools, and CRM database; define website structure/UX/UI flows and SEO/GEO strategy.
- Develop personalized omnichannel journeys that guide patients through decision-making and conversion funnels.
- Lead CRM strategy and build the Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance.
- Lead consumer digital media strategy across programmatic, display, paid social, CTV/TV, OLV, paid search, point-of-care, and emerging platforms.
- Launch and own branded social channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and drive disease education/social content strategy.
- Partner with agencies and the Influencer Marketing Lead; ensure integration across owned platforms and CRM.
- Use analytics to identify optimization opportunities; define and measure funnel KPIs.
- Implement test/learn/optimize approach with cross-functional partners; support annual planning, agile prioritization, and derivative content development.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
- 7+ years in consumer digital/omnichannel marketing, digital media, CRM, growth marketing (or related).
- Proven experience building/optimizing omnichannel journeys and conversion funnels.
- Strong paid media planning/buying/optimization; social channel management.
- CRM experience (segmentation, automation, lifecycle; e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Analytics/measurement experience (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Strong UX/UI, SEO/GEO, behavioral analytics, and digital performance optimization.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders; data-driven, ownership, urgency, resilience.

Desired
- MBA; prior pharma launch experience; dermatology/immunology (psoriasis) experience (plus); AI-driven media/personalization tools.
