Associate Director, Consumer Marketing

How you will contribute
- Support strategy and execution of patient-centric campaigns and messaging across all channels.
- Develop core patient education materials and tools/resources (e.g., patient brochure, brand videos, doctor discussion guide, in-office promotional assets).
- Ensure branded and unbranded consumer campaigns/messages align with overall brand strategy and HCP brand initiatives.
- Support TV/CTV advertising; partner with Omnichannel Marketing to drive pull-through across digital channels.
- Identify key moments/barriers in the patient journey and design content/programs to address them.
- Support branding guidelines and core claims documentation for consistent execution.
- Use insights from patient ad boards and collaborate with advocacy groups to incorporate patient perspectives.
- Partner with Insights & Analytics to apply patient insights to market research/analytics.
- Measure performance and optimize tactics using analytics, ROI, and market research insights.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
Required:
- BS/BA (MS/MBA preferred); 5+ years consumer marketing (3+ within pharma).
- Experience in consumer marketing strategy/tactic planning; communicate with internal partners and external agencies.
- Media experience including digital; broadcast media planning preferred.
- Lead cross-functional/agency teams.
- Strong strategic/analytical/communication skills; manage/influence in a matrix.
- Manage multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations.
- Proven ability to influence and build trusted cross-functional relationships.
- Data-driven, evidence-based decision-making.
- Change leadership amid ambiguity.

Desired:
- MBA.
- Pharma and/or CPG experience.
- Psoriasis or Dermatology/Rheumatology commercial pharma experience.
- New product launch experience.
