Position Overview
Associate Director, Consumer Analytics is responsible for implementing effective and efficient deployment of intelligence and resources in support of Consumer, Central Capabilities and Business Unit functions. This role manages and develops key business processes including execution of Central Capabilities and Business Unit analytic needs, analytic sourcing, and vendor management. Develop processes to analyze and communicate key outputs to decision makers and help integrate and coordinate analytics and data throughout Lilly USA.

Key Objectives
- Develop understanding of Brand/Business Unit consumer strategies, key decision points, and analytic needs
- Integrate/analyze data to create analyses to answer business questions, using Agentic AI to enhance outputs
- Design and implement experiments, attribution and other analyses to optimize investments for consumer channels
- Translate analytic outputs into actionable business insights for media optimization
- Lead brand analytic priorities/learning agendas (audience design, Multi-Touch Attribution, Multicultural Marketing, Creative Analysis, DMA strategy, behavioral journeys)
- Identify and prioritize capability investments and data needs
- Develop and operationalize intelligence as product with Business Insights & Analytics product teams
- Lead analytic priorities and recommended sourcing (internal vs supplier)
- Ensure compliance with privacy and contractual obligations related to data use

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years Consumer Media, Finance, Business Operations, or other Analytics experience
- Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship

Additional Preferences
- Strong analytical/business acumen; strategic thinking in ambiguous environments
- Excellent written/verbal communication and influencing skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- MBA (or equivalent); 5+ years consumer industry experience
- Experience with 1st/3rd party data sources; media channels; statistical modeling; Agentic AI
- Knowledge of SAS/R/SQL/SSIS or similar; Tableau/PowerBI/Looker Studio or similar

- 0–10% travel
- Indianapolis based; remote not considered
