Associate Director - Computational Biology (Cardiovascular, Metabolic, Obesity and Related)

What You Will Do
- Develop biomarker analysis plans for precision medicine, evidence generation, and reverse translation.
- Define and execute workflows integrating multi-omics, imaging/digital biomarkers, and clinical metadata/outcomes.
- Lead analysis/interpretation of clinical biomarker data across assay platforms (e.g., metabolomics, genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, spatial omics, flow cytometry, immunoassays).
- Generate evidence for target engagement, patient stratification, response prediction, indication selection, assay development, and diagnostic development.
- Collaborate with clinical scientists/biomarker leads to extract insights from high-dimensional data and integrate into translational analytics and plans.
- Cross-functionally manage data integration, analysis, and presentation; support internal/external presentations and publications.

What We Expect Of You
Basic Qualifications:
- PhD (and relevant post-doc where applicable) + 4 years scientific experience OR Master’s + 7 years OR Bachelor’s + 9 years.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- PhD in bioinformatics/math/CS/computational biology/data science with strong biology background.
- Strong statistical modeling, machine learning/AI for clinical biomarker/efficacy data; practical statistics for clinical settings.
- Expertise in multi-modal, multi-dimensional, large-scale biological data; prior matrixed biotech/pharma experience.
- Proficiency in R and Python (data manipulation/visualization).
- Familiar with agentic frameworks; clinical biomarker platforms (pathomics/cytomics/immunoassays/mass spectrometry/metabolomics/NGS/proteomics).
- Knowledge of inflammatory/cardiovascular/metabolic diseases; translate medical questions into analytical models.
- Excellent communication and project management; leadership.
