Responsibilities
- CI for Inline Products: Monitor/analyze competitor activities and anticipate market shifts (marketing, pricing, clinical data, regulatory changes) to assess impact on the commercial portfolio; develop/maintain competitor profiles; deliver regular updates/alerts on market dynamics, competitor tactics, threats/opportunities; support lifecycle management by identifying white space opportunities and competitive risks.
- CI for Late-Stage Pipeline Product: Lead deep-dive assessments on emerging competitors, clinical pipelines, MOAs, and therapeutic area trends; contribute to opportunity assessments, forecasting inputs, and go/no-go decisions; support launch planning with competitive scenarios and differentiated positioning.
- Strategic Business Partnership: Become an expert in assigned therapy areas and related products/new markets; provide ongoing strategic consulting; translate complex data into recommendations and communicate via dashboards, briefings, brand planning meetings, war games/scenario workshops, SWOTs; conduct primary/secondary CI; manage vendor partnerships/CI surveillance projects; attend conferences and present in pre/post meetings; maintain CI dashboards; maintain CI best practices and comply with legal/ethical intelligence guidelines (e.g., SCIP).
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in business/life sciences/public health (or related).
- 10+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry with 5+ years in CI.
- Proven success leading CI supporting early-stage pipeline and inline products; experience across commercialized products and pipeline assets in cross-functional matrix environments; experience gathering insights and assessing business opportunities.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Base salary: $161,000β$186,000; eligible for annual performance bonus; competitive benefits package.
