Associate Director, Commercial Supply Chain Management & Planning

Role: Associate Director, Commercial Supply Chain Management and Planning, leading demand forecasting, supply strategy execution, and logistics for Stoke's RNA-based therapeutics. Responsibilities: oversee commercial supply chain activities from launch through steady-state, including artwork development, CMO timeline management, cold-chain logistics, and compliance with GxP, DSCSA, and serialization standards; collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing; support ERP setup, demand planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's in Life Sciences; 8-10+ years in commercial supply management, with strong expertise in demand and supply planning, inventory management, and distribution networks; hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle); deep understanding of pharmaceutical distribution, GDP, and serialization; excellent communication and organizational skills; familiarity with GxP compliance. High-Value: biologics or small molecule therapeutics, CNS or eye indications, late-stage development (Phase 3), manufacturing and distribution oversight, cold-chain logistics, GxP and regulatory compliance, supporting commercial launches. WorkSetup: lab-based in Bedford, MA, moving to Waltham, MA; approximately 5% travel.
