Role: Associate Director, Commercial Operations, serving as the strategic liaison between the Rare Disease Business Unit (RDBU) and field teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business priorities. Responsibilities: facilitate collaboration between home office and field sales and thought leader liaisons (TLLs), lead planning of field meetings, and represent field insights to leadership; drive cross-functional implementation of commercial initiatives, optimize tools and processes (CRM, Veeva, targeting); monitor field effectiveness, identify operational gaps, and develop solutions to enhance impact. Requirements: minimum 6 years in pharma/biotech sales and marketing with strong analytical skills, project management, and regulatory compliance experience; excellent presentation and data interpretation abilities. Preferred: 2+ years in management consulting within Life Sciences, field sales or operations experience, especially in specialty or rare disease areas, and prior launch experience. Qualifications: BA/BS required, MBA preferred.
