Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into prioritized commercial operations initiatives and solutions
- Define and lead a portfolio of field enablement projects, ensuring aligned prioritization, communication, quality, and timely training and delivery
- Establish simplified standards for tracking and clear cross-team communications, including a prioritized roadmap of US Commercial Operations efforts
- Facilitate quarterly business planning sessions and document outcomes to align BU leaders on cross-functional enablement priorities
- Participate in recurring Sales leadership meetings; provide strategic recommendations and address risks/dependencies related to field engagement
- Drive continuous improvement to evaluate effectiveness and identify gaps/opportunities in evolving technologies, tools, and processes to increase efficiencies and exceed business goals
Required Qualifications (and Preferred)
- 8β10 years in sales, sales support, or commercial operations; familiarity with CRM systems and field-facing technologies
- Extensive program/project management, demand management, resource management, and prioritization experience
- Proven commercial launch readiness experience (Customer Data Management, Field Operations and Training, Reporting & Analytics)
- Ability to translate business strategy into operational goals/objectives
- Track record of on-time delivery of large, cross-functional, complex projects
- Exceptional written/verbal communication
- Strong analytical/quantitative/problem-solving skills (business cases/value propositions)
- Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degree preferred
Compensation / Work Arrangements
- Pay range: $164,000β$246,000; eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards
- Hybrid-eligible or on-site eligible: Hybrid (remote up to two days/week) or On-site (five days/week with ad hoc flexibility)
