How you will contribute:
- Champion MedComm strategy by leading a team creating, executing, and communicating congresses, conferences, advisory boards, and peer-to-peer (P2P) engagements for the dermatology brand.
- Support development of team members and foster a positive culture with cross-functional partners.
- Use strong leadership and communication to build influence and trust.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills (coachability, responsiveness, flexibility) with internal/external collaborators.

Congress Strategy & Execution:
- Lead congress activities (booth design, digital/print assets, presentations/content, engagements); support planning and execution of national congresses and regional conferences.
- Build relationships with medical association leadership.
- Lead cross-functional teams in in-person/virtual/hybrid environments; provide on-site event leadership and post-event readouts.
- Oversee booth staff (scheduling, training, certification) and build regional conference asset strategy.
- Partner with agencies/contractors on briefs, sponsorship tactics, and logistics; manage sponsorship/agency spend and QBRs.

P2P Engagements & Advisory Boards:
- Lead HCP P2P engagements and build the annual Brand plan covering fee-for-service activities, advisory boards, and consultant projects.
- Lead Speaker Bureau training and oversight (records, compliance monitoring, execution); collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure compliance and quality.
- Manage spend vs. budget/forecast and monthly reporting; lead HCP Advisory Boards and post-meeting debriefs.

Minimum Requirements:
- Dermatology experience required; Psoriasis expertise strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree (Biology, Marketing, Strategy, Business Administration preferred).
- 10+ years commercial biopharmaceutical experience (speaker bureau management and congress marketing).
- 2+ years leadership roles with increasing responsibility.
- Experience leading congress strategy/tactics and sponsorships; Speaker Bureau strategy/training/content.
- Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, influencing without authority, and organizational/analytical skills.
- Excellent oral/written communication, learning agility, financial management, budgeting.
- Ability to travel (including occasional overnight stays); weekend travel may be required.

Preferred:
- New product launch experience; buy-and-bill reimbursement/payer dynamics; complex biologics.
