How you will contribute
- Lead MedComm strategy and a team managing congresses, conferences, advisory boards, and HCP peer-to-peer (P2P) engagements for the dermatology brand.
- Support leadership development and foster a positive team culture with cross-functional partners.
- Drive congress strategy & execution: booth design, digital/print assets, presentations/content, on-site support, post-event readouts, staff scheduling/training/certification, regional conference asset strategy.
- Partner with agencies/vendors on creative briefs, sponsorship tactics, and logistics; ensure budget accountability and run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Lead P2P engagements: build annual plan, manage speaker bureau strategy/training/compliance, coordinate asset approvals across Marketing/PRT/Medical Affairs/Legal/Regulatory/Ethics & Compliance, and oversee spend/forecast/reporting.
- Lead Advisory Boards: plan/execute to gather insights, coordinate logistics for in-person/virtual/hybrid, and synthesize post-meeting recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications
Required:
- Dermatology experience; Psoriasis (PsO) expertise strongly preferred.
- Bachelorโs degree (Biology, Marketing, Strategy, and/or Business Administration preferred).
- 10+ years commercial biopharmaceutical experience; strong speaker bureau management and congress marketing.
- 2+ years leadership with increasing responsibility.
- Experience with congress/sponsorships; national-level speaker bureau strategy/training/content/execution.
- Leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, cross-functional influence, strategic/analytical problem-solving, budgeting/financial management; travel (1โseveral nights).
Preferred:
- New product launch; buy-and-bill reimbursement/payer dynamics knowledge; complex biologics.
