How you will contribute:
- Lead promotional strategy for Dermatology educational programming and conference participation.
- Champion MedComm strategy by leading congresses/conferences, advisory boards, and HCP peer-to-peer (P2P) engagements.
- Lead cross-functional teams in hybrid (in-person/virtual) environments; provide on-site event leadership and post-event readouts.
- Own congress strategy/execution: booth design, digital/print assets, presentations/content, staff scheduling/training/certification, and regional conference asset strategy.
- Partner with agencies/contractors; manage sponsorship/agency budgets and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
P2P engagements & Speaker Bureau:
- Build and execute the annual P2P/fee-for-service plan (incl. P2P, advisory boards, consultant projects).
- Lead annual Speaker Bureau training and oversee compliance/training records; ensure approved content and internal policy adherence.
Advisory Boards:
- Lead development/planning/execution to gather actionable insights; oversee logistics for in-person/virtual/hybrid meetings and synthesize recommendations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Dermatology experience; Psoriasis therapeutic expertise strongly preferred.
- Bachelorβs degree (Biology, Marketing, Strategy, and/or Business Administration preferred).
- 10+ years commercial biopharma experience (speaker bureau management and congress marketing); 2+ years leadership with increasing responsibility.
- Experience with congress/sponsorship strategy and national Speaker Bureau programs.
