Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development and execution of advanced Marketing Mix (MMx) and Key Driver Analyses (KDA) for brand planning, budget optimization, and performance assessment.
- Quantify incremental impact across channels and translate outputs into business recommendations for brand/media/investment allocation.
- Design, run, and operationalize advanced MMx models (Bayesian/hierarchical; adstock/carryover; saturation/diminishing returns; distributed lags/non-linear responses; cross-channel interactions) and build scalable, repeatable MMx pipelines.
- Deliver agentic/always-on insights: operationalize MMx/KDA/causal models into always-on pipelines (refresh cadence, monitoring, data quality), support βwhat changed/why,β and maintain transparency/lineage with human-in-the-loop review.
- Define Key Business Questions (KBQ) framework and business context layer; partner with platforms/engineering to define inputs, features, and guardrails.
- Partner with Brand/Marketing/Omnichannel/Field/Finance; present concise, business-first narratives.
Qualifications & Required/Preferred Skills
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Operations Research, or related quantitative field.
- 5+ years pharma commercial analytics with direct ownership of MMx/MMM and causal analysis (or advanced ML models).
- Hands-on Marketing Mix Modeling (Bayesian/hierarchical; adstock/lag/saturation; non-linear optimization/scenario simulation).
- Causal inference/incrementality measurement (geo-experiments/matched-market tests, synthetic control, uplift).
- Python and/or R; solid SQL; large multi-source pharma datasets.
- Cloud analytics (e.g., Databricks/Snowflake), production pipelines; familiarity with MLOps/version control/model lifecycle.
- Ability to turn analytical needs into agent specs/KBQ/context layer; experience with UAT.
