Associate Director, Collaboration & Web Services (M365 Platform Lead)

Role: Associate Director, Collaboration & Web Services (M365 Platform Lead), responsible for the strategic and technical management of Travere's employee-facing Microsoft 365 collaboration environment, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, intranet, enterprise search, and Viva features. Responsibilities: lead platform architecture, roadmap, governance, and modernization; perform hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and complex solutions; oversee vendor delivery and validate architecture; partner with business units to align collaboration tools with organizational needs; manage platform migration and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field; 8+ years in enterprise collaboration, Microsoft 365, or content management; deep technical expertise in SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, enterprise search, and related technologies; proven experience leading platform architecture, governance, migration, and vendor management. Preferred: experience with SharePoint Advanced Management, Microsoft Viva, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, and regulated industry experience.
